Senior Product Manager, Fintechs & Exchanges

OP Labs is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead enterprise-facing products focused on fintech companies and centralized crypto exchanges within the Optimism ecosystem. This role owns the roadmap for products that enable enterprises to integrate onchain functionality—such as trading, yield, and payments—while maintaining compliance, custody, and user experience standards.

The position works closely with engineering, business development, design, marketing, and external ecosystem partners, including DeFi protocols and infrastructure providers. The Product Manager will translate enterprise customer needs into scalable integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure, with the goal of driving adoption of onchain services across fintech and exchange platforms operating on Optimism.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for fintech and exchange-focused integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure
• Develop deep understanding of enterprise customer needs, including compliance, custody, and user experience considerations
• Launch and scale products that enable enterprises to offer onchain services such as yield, trading, and payments
• Collaborate with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and chain operators to support ecosystem growth
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, business development, design, and marketing to deliver and iterate on products

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, consumer finance, or centralized crypto exchanges
• Experience engaging with enterprise partners and translating customer needs into product requirements
• Technical comfort working with custody solutions, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations
• Understanding of fintech product mechanics such as trading, lending, payments, or exchange infrastructure
• Ability to operate in fast-changing environments with evolving regulatory conditions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Alignment with the mission of improving access, efficiency, and openness in financial services through blockchain

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: USD $170,000 – $200,000
