Senior Backend Engineer — Go / Blockchain Indexing — Global — Remote

Trust Wallet operates large-scale blockchain data infrastructure to support millions of users across mobile, extension, and desktop platforms. This blockchain infrastructure role focuses on building and maintaining on-chain parsers and real-time indexing systems across EVM chains, Solana, and other networks.

The Senior Backend Engineer will design backend services that decode, index, and serve blockchain data reliably while ensuring high availability and observability. You’ll work on microservice-based systems, optimize data pipelines, and define how blockchain-aware services are deployed at scale using Go, SQL databases, and cloud-native tooling.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Build and maintain on-chain parsers to decode and index blockchain data across multiple networks
• Design and optimize real-time indexing systems for transactions, balances, and protocol data
• Develop backend features that power blockchain functionality across all platforms
• Define deployment patterns for blockchain-aware backend services at scale
• Implement monitoring and observability for blockchain data pipelines and services
• Contribute to engineering culture and raise the quality bar across the team

🔹 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Go expertise
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and query optimization
• Experience building systems and services from scratch

• Experience building blockchain indexing systems or other data-intensive platforms
• Experience working in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments

• Experience with Web3 libraries and blockchain RPC nodes
• Knowledge of distributed systems and performance bottleneck analysis
• Familiarity with NoSQL, key-value stores, or time-series databases
• Experience with blockchain monitoring and alerting tools
