🔹 Responsibilities

Collaborate with core engineering teams to identify critical short- and long-term research challenges
Support the transition of research innovations from Chainlink Labs into production systems
Work with research scientists and technical advisors to study, design, and build oracle technologies
Contribute to research efforts across applied cryptography, mechanism design, distributed systems, and related domains
Track developments in relevant technology ecosystems and apply insights to ongoing research
Participate in technical and research communities to inform practical and impactful research directions

🔹 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience, including coursework in algorithms, data structures, and discrete mathematics
Familiarity with academic research processes, including literature review and comprehension of technical papers
Professional experience in software development

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree or coursework in cryptography, mechanism design, distributed systems, or related fields
Experience with Go or Rust
Broad understanding of blockchain technologies and familiarity with smart contracts
