Product Lead — Solana / Developer Platform

Alchemy is a developer platform powering blockchain infrastructure, APIs, and tooling used by web3 and web2 companies building on-chain applications. This role fits within blockchain infrastructure roles, supporting large-scale systems handling billions of API requests across the Solana ecosystem in the United States.

As Product Lead for Solana, you will define and execute the roadmap for one of Alchemy’s fastest-growing product lines. The role involves managing product teams, working closely with leadership, and driving product strategy for developer tools and APIs at scale. You will collaborate with engineering and go-to-market teams, using customer insights and data analysis to guide product decisions across a high-growth, production-grade infrastructure environment.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Solana product vertical
• Collaborate with leadership including CEO, CTO, and Head of Engineering on key initiatives
• Manage and grow a team of Product Managers supporting the Solana ecosystem
• Contribute to long-term product strategy across Alchemy’s broader platform
• Implement product best practices to improve execution and product quality

🔹 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience with Solana ecosystem and blockchain products
• Experience at high-growth startups
• Experience building developer tools or APIs at scale
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather and interpret customer insights
• Strong analytical skills working with unstructured data
• Self-starter with ability to execute independently
• Ability to balance product quality with speed of execution

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000 – $350,000 USD (excluding bonus and equity)
