Alchemy builds developer infrastructure used to operate blockchain applications at scale. The Product Lead, Solana role owns the direction and execution of Alchemy’s Solana product offering, which supports high-throughput, low-latency blockchain workloads and handles billions of API requests daily. This position is responsible for defining the product roadmap, managing a team of Product Managers, and partnering closely with engineering, go-to-market teams, and executive leadership.

The role focuses on improving reliability, performance, and developer experience for Solana-based infrastructure while contributing input to broader product strategy across Alchemy’s portfolio. Strong customer insight, analytical decision-making, and people leadership are central to this role.

🔹 Responsibilities

Define and own the strategic roadmap for Alchemy’s Solana product based on customer needs, data analysis, and internal collaboration.
Partner closely with executive leadership to execute large-scale product initiatives.
Manage and develop a growing team of Product Managers supporting the Solana product area.
Contribute to long-term product strategy across Alchemy’s broader product suite.
Establish and maintain high standards of product quality by applying industry best practices.

🔹 Requirements

6+ years of product management experience.
3+ years of people management experience.
Experience working with the Solana blockchain ecosystem and community.
Background in product management at a high-growth startup.
Experience building developer tools or API-based products at scale.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback.
Analytical skills for working with unstructured data.
Ability to operate independently, balance speed and quality, and execute new ideas.
Prior founder experience is considered a plus.
