As a Lead Product Designer, you will take ownership of the product’s user experience, visual identity, and design system. This role involves shaping the end-to-end design of a new product from an early stage, working in a high-ambiguity setting, and delivering clear, user-centered design solutions for complex Web3 workflows.

Own the overall user experience, brand direction, and design system for the product.
Apply design thinking to simplify complex Web3 and DeFi concepts into clear user flows.
Lead design efforts from early concept and research through final delivery and iteration.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and evolve product experiences.
Build and iterate on designs quickly in a fast-paced product environment.

🔹 Requirements

5+ years of experience designing and shipping crypto or fintech products.
Strong user empathy with a customer-focused design approach.
Ability to independently handle UX, visual design, and brand design.
Experience owning design problems end-to-end, from research to production.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs rapidly and iterate based on feedback.
