GTM Engineer (Mid–Senior) — Revenue Systems / GTM Infrastructure

This full-time role is based in New York within a hybrid setup and focuses on building GTM systems that support pipeline generation and revenue operations. The position involves working across CRM platforms, automation systems, and analytics tooling to design scalable workflows aligned with B2B institutional sales cycles.
You will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, building infrastructure that connects signals, enrichment, and outreach into measurable outcomes — a core requirement in blockchain infrastructure roles and institutional fintech environments.
🔹 Responsibilities
Systems architecture, automation, and GTM technology
• Design and manage the end-to-end GTM systems ecosystem across CRM, marketing automation, outbound tools, and enrichment platforms
• Build workflows that score, enrich, route, and trigger engagement based on real-time signals
• Develop enrichment pipelines using firmographic, technographic, and intent data for targeting and personalization
• Implement automation across the funnel, from initial engagement to routing and follow-up
• Manage integrations across CRM, marketing tools, analytics systems, and paid channels
Targeting, data, and signal infrastructure
• Define ICP segmentation using account characteristics and buying behavior
• Build predictive models to assess purchase likelihood based on data signals and historical patterns
• Translate structured data into operational workflows including routing and outreach triggers
• Maintain CRM data quality through enrichment, deduplication, and hygiene processes
Outbound systems and performance
• Design and manage multi-channel outreach systems across email and LinkedIn
• Oversee deliverability infrastructure including domains, inboxes, and sequencing
• Conduct structured experiments to improve conversion rates and efficiency
• Align outreach strategies with institutional buying processes
Tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Support marketing leadership with KPI tracking and planning
• Implement tracking frameworks including GTM, GA4, UTMs, and conversion tracking
• Define attribution models and funnel metrics aligned to revenue
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for pipeline visibility
• Standardize KPI definitions across GTM teams
AI-driven workflows
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for enrichment, research, and personalization
• Ensure output quality and relevance in automated workflows
• Continuously evaluate AI applications across GTM systems
Cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to align workflows and systems
• Design self-serve systems with documentation and usability in mind
• Improve targeting, routing, and conversion through collaboration with Sales
• Act as a technical partner across GTM functions
🔹 Requirements
Experience
• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or similar systems-focused roles
• Experience building GTM systems in B2B environments with complex or long sales cycles
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline generation and conversion through system design
Technical capability
• Experience with Marketo (lifecycle, routing, scoring, segmentation)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (pipeline management, workflows, data hygiene)
• Experience building integrations across CRM, automation, enrichment, and analytics systems
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and low-code automation tools
Data, enrichment, and signals
• Experience using firmographic, technographic, and intent data for targeting and scoring
• Ability to design scalable data flows and enrichment pipelines
• Strong focus on data quality, consistency, and CRM hygiene
• Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Prospeo, FullEnrich, Instantly, Smartlead
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for enterprise targeting
• Familiarity with signal platforms like Common Room or Trigify
• Understanding of data stacks including Snowflake, BigQuery, and signal tools like Phantombuster or Apify
Outbound and performance systems
• Hands-on experience managing outbound infrastructure and deliverability
• Multi-channel outreach coordination (email and LinkedIn)
• Experience running structured experiments and optimizing systems
Tracking and analytics
• Experience implementing GTM, GA4, UTMs, and conversion tracking
• Understanding of attribution models and funnel metrics
• Ability to build dashboards and reporting systems
Technical foundations
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
• Strong systems design mindset across workflows and dependencies
• Experience using AI tools for enrichment and workflow automation
