The team operates globally and works on system-level blockchain components designed for performance, scalability, and security.

As a Blockchain Developer (Rust / Move), you will design, develop, and maintain core blockchain infrastructure using Rust and/or Move. The role involves implementing and optimizing Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols, building decentralized and trustless systems, and improving system performance through low-level optimizations. You will collaborate closely with the core engineering team, participate in code reviews, and contribute to identifying and addressing security and performance issues across the platform.

🔹 Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain blockchain infrastructure using Rust and/or Move
Implement and optimize Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols to improve scalability and performance
Develop decentralized and trustless systems with strong security and immutability guarantees
Collaborate with the core development team to identify performance bottlenecks and security risks
Review code and provide feedback to maintain code quality and long-term maintainability
Track developments in blockchain technology and contribute improvements to the platform

🔹 Requirements

3+ years of strong experience with Rust, including deep knowledge of language features and best practices
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals such as networking, consensus, parallel execution, and storage
Experience building scalable decentralized systems with a focus on performance optimization
Knowledge of system-level optimization techniques, including memory management and CPU utilization
Familiarity with blockchain security practices and vulnerability mitigation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient written and spoken English for proactive communication
