Blockchain Engineer (EVM Client)

Conduit builds a rollup-native cloud platform designed to scale Ethereum by making onchain compute easier to launch and operate. This layer 2 scaling role focuses on the backend systems that power Conduit’s platform, where engineers work directly on EVM node architecture, performance, and reliability.

The Blockchain Engineer will design and evolve EVM-based services, improve node implementations, and explore alternative clients such as Reth to enhance scalability. The role involves building distributed Ethereum services that support hundreds of production chains while maintaining strong operational standards in a DevOps environment.

This position aligns with professionals working in blockchain infrastructure roles across Web3 protocol and scaling teams.

• Architect, design, and improve EVM node solutions used within the platform
• Deliver scalable, production-grade software in a DevOps-driven environment
• Develop tooling and processes to enhance maintainability and reliability
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting live systems

• Deep understanding of the EVM and associated node architecture
