We are taking up another anonymised CV Proof Check (with permission of blockchain professional)

This one is different from the earlier full-stack blockchain developer CV.

Here, the candidate looks senior on paper.

The CV mentions Web3 infrastructure, smart contracts, staking protocols, RWA tokenization, validator operations, EVM chains, Cosmos/Substrate nodes, Solana Rust, AI workflows, and multiple performance numbers.

At first glance, it looks strong. But that is also where the real question starts.

When a Web3 CV carries many advanced claims together, does it create stronger confidence? Or does it make the recruiter pause and ask: “How much of this can I verify quickly?” For senior Web3 hiring, the issue is often not whether the candidate has used enough keywords.

The issue is whether the proof is visible enough for the role level being claimed. Curious how others would read this.

If you were screening this kind of senior Web3 infra + smart contract profile, where would you pause before shortlisting?

My first reaction after reviewing this CV was that it is not weak. The experience is there.

The candidate has mentioned staking infrastructure, smart contracts, RWA tokenization, node operations, Solana Rust, EVM work, AI workflows, and measurable outcomes.

But that also creates the main issue.

For a senior Web3 profile, the problem is not always lack of experience. Sometimes the problem is that too many strong claims are presented without enough quick proof around them.

From a recruiter or hiring team’s side, this can make the CV harder to assess. The profile may be genuine, but the reader has to spend extra time connecting the claims with actual ownership, project depth, business impact, and technical credibility.

That is where many Web3 CVs lose clarity.

The CV does not need decoration or generic formatting. It needs stronger evidence placement so the hiring team can understand the candidate’s value faster.

That is the kind of gap we review in AOB’s Web3 CV Review before someone starts applying widely.
