Staff Solana Engineer

Exodus is seeking a Staff Solana Engineer to lead and maintain all Solana-related components across its wallet ecosystem. The role focuses on enhancing Solana wallet functionality, refining smart contract support, and delivering stable and optimized integrations for end users.
This position requires deep fluency in Solana architecture, with ownership over improving current implementations and guiding future Solana-based features. The engineer will collaborate across product and engineering teams to ensure reliable, performant handling of Solana transactions, assets, and dApp interactions within the Exodus environment. This role is ideal for someone with substantial practical experience working directly with Solana development, smart contract lifecycle operations, and production-grade wallet or Web3 applications.
🔹 Responsibilities
• Write and maintain Solana-related code across Exodus products
• Identify technical areas to improve Solana integration
• Develop and refine smart contracts for new product functionality
• Own Solana maintenance, fixes, and ongoing improvements
🔹 Requirements
• Advanced JavaScript proficiency and experience delivering performant applications
• Strong expertise with Solana architecture, data structures, accounts, and runtime
• Demonstrated history implementing Solana wallet connectivity or tooling
• End-to-end Solana dApp development experience, including frontend + smart contracts
• Experience writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts
• Understanding of token and NFT standards within the Solana ecosystem

• Open-source contributions in Solana projects
• Experience building and releasing React Native applications
• Prior work on financial or DeFi-related applications
🔹 Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $180,000 – $240,000 USD
