🔹 Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of cross-platform components using Rust, ensuring performance, reliability, and safety
• Architect scalable and maintainable systems compatible with multiple operating systems and hardware architectures
• Define and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows to maintain engineering quality
• Build and maintain reusable shared libraries and core platform components
• Solve interoperability challenges involving foreign function interfaces (FFI), system integration, and platform-specific optimization
• Provide technical leadership on system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability improvements
• Stay current with Rust ecosystem advancements, tooling improvements, and cross-platform development frameworks
• Mentor engineers and guide best practices in Rust programming, architecture, and system design

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years specializing in Rust

• Strong understanding of Rust compiler behavior, WebAssembly (WASM), and modern build toolchains
• Deep knowledge of systems programming concepts including concurrency, memory management, and performance profiling
• Strong understanding of operating systems, CPU architecture, algorithms, and data structures
• Proven leadership experience mentoring engineers and delivering complex software systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams
