Chainalysis develops blockchain data tools used by government agencies, financial institutions, and organizations to understand on-chain activity. The Senior Solutions Architect role sits within the Solutions Architecture function and supports the sales cycle by translating customer objectives into technical paths for implementation.

This position requires a strong understanding of Chainalysis’ offerings and a capability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences. The role works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams and contributes to both client-facing engagements and internal solution improvements. It also encompasses designing solution architectures, providing implementation guidance, and representing the company in external industry settings.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Participate as a technical partner within account teams alongside Sales and Customer Success
• Explain product capabilities clearly to prospects and align them to customer objectives
• Prepare tailored technical demonstrations and proof-of-value scenarios
• Lead technical discovery sessions, identifying use cases and capturing requirements
• Develop customer-specific solution designs and support feedback loops for product enhancement
• Advise on architecture decisions, API usage, and workflow integration
• Coordinate with internal product and engineering groups to prioritize market feedback
• Represent the organization at relevant conferences and industry events
• Support internal projects that strengthen the broader Solutions Architecture team

🔹 Requirements

• Several years of experience in at least one of the following: financial services (including roles in compliance, risk, investigations, cyber threat intelligence, or digital assets), global crypto exchanges (risk/compliance/investigations), or enterprise-level Sales Engineering / Solutions Architecture / Product Management
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate it in simplified terms
• Skilled in presenting to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical
• Strong problem-solving mentality using logical and creative approaches
• Interest in blockchain technology and ongoing skill development
• Experience working with APIs and SQL queries, including REST API integration and data extraction via SQL
• Based near New York City with local travel availability
