Exodus is hiring Senior Software Engineers to support multiple engineering initiatives across its wallet and exchange products. The role involves contributing to front-end and back-end development, improving performance across applications, enhancing the wallet SDK, and helping refine developer tooling.
You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to deliver roadmap features, maintain architecture standards, and respond to incidents. This position is suited for senior-level JavaScript engineers with experience across React, React Native, Node.js, and modern build systems. Exodus operates as a fully distributed team, offering flexibility and opportunities to influence high-impact crypto products used globally.
🔹 Responsibilities
• Build and deliver features from engineering and product roadmaps.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Estimate technical work and collaborate with engineering/product managers.
• Contribute to architectural improvements.
• Participate in incident response activities.
🔹 Requirements
• Senior-level engineering experience with ambition to grow into a technical leadership role.
• Expert-level skills in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Significant experience in either front-end (React, React Native, Redux) or back-end (Postgres, DocumentDB, AWS services, Lambda/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with build tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, and Lerna.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience with performance profiling in JS environments.
• Mobile and web security experience.
• Developer tooling development experience.
• Experience with smart contracts, wallets, dApps, or cryptographic protocols.
• Experience developing Electron applications.
🔹 Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: USD $150,000–$200,000.
