Growth Product Manager — Web3 Growth / DEX / UX Optimization

0x is building developer infrastructure and trading APIs that power decentralized exchange aggregation and onchain trading experiences. This role sits within web3 smart contract roles and growth-focused product systems, supporting a remote team building high-scale DeFi products used across wallets and trading platforms.

As Growth Product Manager for Matcha Web, you will own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and retention. The role focuses on experimentation, funnel optimization, and UX improvements to increase trading activity and user engagement. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to identify key growth levers, run experiments, and scale successful outcomes in a data-driven product environment.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for Matcha Web growth
• Design and run experiments including A/B testing, feature flags, pricing tests, and UX changes
• Improve onboarding, token discovery, quote presentation, and trade flows to increase successful trades
• Analyze user behavior, market insights, and metrics to prioritize growth opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver and scale product improvements
• Track and report metrics such as volume share, DAU, activation, retention, and conversion rates
• Ensure alignment with broader Matcha product suite and brand

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth web products
• Proven experience scaling products using experimentation and UX optimization
• Strong growth fundamentals including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and experiment design
• Understanding of DEXs, wallets, and DeFi trading mechanics
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder alignment ability
• Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable in distributed teams
• Interest in decentralized finance and alignment with 0x mission

Nice to Have

• Experience with trading or investment products such as DEXs, CEXs, or aggregators
• Familiarity with experimentation and analytics tools (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, Segment, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Technical understanding of API-driven systems
• Strong interest in DeFi market structure
