This role focuses on building production-ready mobile applications that bring cross-chain connectivity and AI-driven interfaces to end users. As a Senior React Native Engineer, you’ll lead mobile development across iOS and Android, working closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver smooth, secure, and high-performance experiences.

The position requires ownership of the full app lifecycle—from architecture to App Store and Play Store submissions—and expertise in mobile fundamentals, TypeScript, and modern UI patterns. The role is based in San Francisco in a hybrid setup, contributing to a team developing mobile interfaces for a universal blockchain and AI platform.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Drive mobile projects from initial concept through launch.
• Manage the complete release pipeline, including building, testing, and submitting apps to app stores.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Integrate APIs and blockchain data efficiently for responsive performance.
• Optimize memory usage, app performance, and security practices.
• Improve reliability and scalability through reviews and performance refinements.
• Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and engineering process improvements.
• Stay current with React Native and mobile development standards.

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• 3+ years building production React Native applications.
• Demonstrated experience launching 0→1 consumer or fintech apps.
• Hands-on experience independently shipping commercial apps, including handling app store submissions and review processes.
• Strong understanding of mobile fundamentals, performance tuning, and UI/UX best practices.
• Familiarity with native device features such as permissions, storage, memory, and background tasks.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React Hooks, and state management tools like Redux.
• Experience integrating APIs, SDKs, and analytics.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools while maintaining sound engineering fundamentals.

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $140,000–$190,000 (SF market; adjusted for other locations).
