What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help shape how users experience Nansen’s expanding universe — from loyalty systems and Web3 activations to agentic, AI-driven experiences. You’ll design elegant, intuitive ways for people to interact with complex datasets, AI tools, and tokenized incentives — turning technical detail into emotional clarity.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Translate abstract concepts into clear, elegant user flows and experiences across web, mobile, and adaptive AI interfaces.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to transform AI insights into intuitive design.

  • Build dynamic, gamified experiences that connect loyalty, identity, and rewards across the Nansen ecosystem.

  • Prototype and experiment rapidly using AI-enhanced tools like Figma, Midjourney, and GPT-based systems.

  • Visualize blockchain data and user interactions through designs that feel alive and accessible.

  • Elevate Nansen’s design system for consistency, scalability, and beauty across every touchpoint.

  • Run usability studies, gather data-driven insights, and continuously refine experiences based on feedback.

  • Mentor teammates through critique, guidance, and shared creative exploration.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing for web, mobile, or AI-powered products.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates deep craft — from concept sketches to production-ready systems.

  • Experience with conversational, agentic, or adaptive UI design.

  • Understanding of gamification mechanics, loyalty design, and engagement psychology.

  • Strong fluency in Figma, design systems, and collaborative workflows.

  • Comfort working with data visualization and metrics-based iteration.

  • Enthusiasm for experimenting with AI-driven design tools and workflows.

  • Familiarity with fintech, DeFi, or crypto products — especially user experiences involving digital assets.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to align diverse teams around a shared vision.

  • You’re self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable in async-first, distributed teams.
