DEX – Product Manager

Ethena Labs is hiring a DEX Product Manager to support the launch and ongoing operations of an exchange closely aligned with its digital dollar ecosystem. The role sits within the Operations team and reports directly to the COO. This position involves coordinating with users, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.

The Product Manager will manage communication across functions, monitor risk metrics, and contribute to business and market analysis that informs trading, product, and business development decisions. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfort working in a lean organizational structure, and the ability to achieve outcomes without relying heavily on process or hierarchy.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal point of contact for key projects and external partnerships.
• Support cross-functional execution for launching and managing product initiatives and features.
• Communicate with diverse external users and partners across operational and commercial domains.
• Assist the COO with operational approval workflows and consensus processes.
• Produce and contribute to business and market analysis used across multiple teams.
• Adapt to varying business needs, including engaging with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

🔹 Requirements

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and prioritize team outcomes over hierarchy or process.
• Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences and formats.
• Experience with derivatives risk engines and product suites used by offshore digital asset exchanges.
• Proven background in product management, including stakeholder management and defining success metrics.
• Ability to source, process, and present data-driven business insights.
• Established user-facing experience with exchange participants and empathy for user workflows and feedback.
